amenazantes o de estr\u00e9s<\/strong>, como puede ser una posible p\u00e9rdida de empleo, problemas de pareja, econ\u00f3micos, o ante situaciones en las que queremos sobresalir, como una presentaci\u00f3n en p\u00fablico, entre otras.<\/p><p>Es como una alarma que se activa en nuestro cuerpo y que, dependiendo de la persona, genera diferentes tipos de reacciones en \u00e9l.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa85ba3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"fa85ba3\" alg\u00fan momento, unos en mayor grado que otros y, en cierta medida, esta es en ocasiones <strong>necesaria para lograr movilizarnos, para accionar, para sobresalir, para estar dispuestos a intervenir cuando lo requerimos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cuando transformamos esa energ\u00eda en movimiento es algo positivo. <strong>El problema est\u00e1 cuando dejamos que la ansiedad tome control de nuestro cuerpo y mente, paraliz\u00e1ndonos en vez de accionar.<\/strong> Cuando dejamos que esa ansiedad crezca o se mantenga en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda afectando incluso nuestra salud, como por ejemplo alteraciones del sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n podemos generar <strong>malos h\u00e1bitos o tics<\/strong> en nuestro cuerpo cuando no manejamos la ansiedad adecuadamente, como fumar, comer cuando realmente no se tiene hambre, troncharse los dedos, comerse las u\u00f1as, mover la pierna r\u00e1pida y continuamente, chequear el celular constantemente, tocarse el pelo por nerviosismo, etc.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-60f4176 elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"60f4176\" pueden no ser malos o da\u00f1inos en apariencia, pero cuando los reconocemos como un acto de ansiedad, que es el primer paso para controlarlos, podemos darnos cuenta que mentalmente estamos estresados o ansiosos.&nbsp;<strong>Muchas veces estos tics en s\u00ed mismos nos puede generar inconscientemente mayor ansiedad<\/strong>, como en el caso de quienes mueven la pierna continuamente, pues esto le env\u00eda una se\u00f1al de acci\u00f3n a la mente no permitiendo relajarnos y estar todo el tiempo en ese estado de alerta.<\/p>\n<p>En casos de verdaderos des\u00f3rdenes de ansiedad, como extrema y permanente preocupaci\u00f3n, se debe consultar a un especialista. Muchos casos de ansiedad vienen tambi\u00e9n del deseo intenso de querer controlarlo todo, y por el contrario la aceptaci\u00f3n ante lo que sucede nos ayuda a liberarla.
