Debo aclarar que no necesariamente son errores &#8216;per se&#8217;, sino formas de hacerla donde no le sacas el mayor provecho a esta postura para obtener sus beneficios<\/p><\/div><ol><li>Dejar caer el peso del cuerpo sobre la cadera de la pierna que est\u00e1 hacia adelante.<\/li><li>Poner la rodilla de la pierna de adelante justo al frente de la cadera.<\/li><li>Intentar a toda costa poner la canilla de la pierna de adelante paralela al mat (pierna doblada en \u00e1ngulo de 90 grados); incluso a costa de molestias en tu rodilla.<\/li><li>Llevar el torso muy hacia adelante para despu\u00e9s trabajar la extensi\u00f3n de espalda.<\/li><li>Dejar la pierna de atr\u00e1s m\u00e1s abierta que tu cadera y\/o desactivada.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div En vez de poner la rodilla entre tus manos, como normalmente se hace,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">lleva esa rodilla m\u00e1s abierta que tu mano, es decir casi que tocando el borde del mat. Esto hace que la rodilla no quede justo al frente de tu cadera sino m\u00e1s abierta, como en diagonal. Con esto vas a evitar los errores 1 y 2 mencionados anteriormente.<\/span><\/p><p>Esta bien que la canilla del frente este en diagonal. No necesitas llevarla paralela a la parte del frente del mat, especialmente si sientes alguna molestia en tu rodilla al tratar de hacer esto.\u00a0<\/p><p>Si tienes la suficiente movilidad y flexibilidad para llevarla paralela, lo puedes hacer, pero no es necesario. Mas bien enf\u00f3cate en activar esa pierna empujando ese pie hacia el mat. No la dejes abrir mas que la cadera. Aseg\u00farate tambi\u00e9n que esa pierna est\u00e9 rotando hacia adentro; es decir, la rodilla apuntando hacia abajo y los dedos del pie firme hacia el mat para activar esa pierna.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Una vez chequees estos puntos revisa que tus caderas est\u00e9n paralelas, es decir, una al lado de la otra y recuerda no dejar caer el peso sobre una. Para esto puedes usar dos bloques para apoyar tus manos si te cuesta llegar con ellas al suelo o poner una mano en tu muslo de la pierna de adelante y empujarla hacia abajo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Ahora s\u00ed, aprieta tus piernas<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">\u00a0como si las quisieras llevar hacia tus caderas; estas por ende se van a alzar un poco. Mant\u00e9n tu abdomen hacia adentro y aseg\u00farate que la extension de espalda est\u00e9 relativamente distribuida en toda tu columna y que no venga solo de la espalda baja.<\/span><\/p><p>Una vez ahi puedes hacer diferentes variaciones, como agarrar la pierna de atr\u00e1s con una mano, con las dos, o ir a otra postura como la sirena.
