Sin embargo tu mismo escoges tu ritmo y decides cu\u00e1ntas clases querr\u00e1s hacer por semana. La idea es que en total realices al menos 18 pr\u00e1cticas de yoga pero las repitas cuantas veces quieras.<\/p><p>Cada clase del Curso de Yoga\u00a0 inicia con una sesi\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>meditaci\u00f3n y respiraci\u00f3n<\/strong>.
