Los pies son la base no solo de muchas de nuestras posturas en la pr\u00e1ctica de yoga sino tambi\u00e9n en la vida diaria cuando estamos de pie, caminamos o corremos.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, normalmente poca atenci\u00f3n le ponemos a ellos. Y peor a\u00fan usamos calzado permanentemente que muchas veces no les favorece pues aprieta nuestros dedos, disminuy\u00e9ndoles significativamente su movilidad o usando tacones.<\/p>\n<p>Por esto es importante activar los pies, realizar ejercicios enfocados en darle movilidad a los pies pues desde ah\u00ed empiezan muchos de los problemas de falta de elasticidad.<\/p>\n<p>Si tenemos pies r\u00edgidos, si estiramos los m\u00fasculos que hay en ellos y la fascia vas a llevar esa rigidez a tus piernas y al resto del cuerpo. Muchas veces s\u00f3lo con ejercicios para estirar los pies y la fascia del pie, ya soltamos ese &#8220;tightness&#8221; o poca elasticidad en nuestras piernas.<\/p>\n<p>Pero no solo debemos estirar nuestros pies, muchos necesitamos es tambi\u00e9n fortalecerlos, as\u00ed que haremos ejercicios tanto para fortalecer como para estirar los pies.
